These terms govern your use of the Southern Interior Storage website and the storage services we provide. By submitting an inquiry or renting a unit, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact us before proceeding.

Website use

This website is provided for the purpose of sharing information about our storage facility and receiving inquiries from prospective customers. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

The availability information displayed on this site is updated regularly but is not guaranteed to be real-time accurate at the exact moment of viewing. We confirm availability directly when we respond to your inquiry.

Inquiries and reservations

Submitting an inquiry or reservation request through this website does not constitute a binding rental agreement. A storage rental is confirmed only after direct communication with Southern Interior Storage and completion of a rental agreement.

Storage rental terms

Storage rentals are month to month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rental agreements, pricing, access terms, and any applicable rules are provided at the time of move-in and form the binding agreement between the customer and Southern Interior Storage.

Customers are responsible for the contents of their unit. Southern Interior Storage is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to stored property. We strongly recommend customers maintain appropriate insurance for stored items.

Prohibited storage

The following items may not be stored in any unit under any circumstances:

• Hazardous or flammable materials
• Illegal goods or substances
• Perishable food items
• Living animals or plants
• Stolen property

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.

Limitation of liability

Southern Interior Storage provides this website and its services as is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our storage facility beyond what is covered in your signed rental agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with BC law.
